Submit a DMCA report to IPTV UK for a copyright concern about material identified on our website or service.
Copyright concerns
IPTV UK respects intellectual property rights. Copyright owners and their authorised representatives can use the reporting process below to raise a concern. Please identify the material clearly so the report can be reviewed.
How to submit a DMCA report
Send your notice to support@podiptv.com with the subject “DMCA Notice”. Include the following:
1. Contact and authority
Your legal name, mailing address, telephone number and email, and whether you own the copyright or represent its owner.
2. The work and its location
Identify the copyrighted work and the material you want reviewed. Give exact URLs and, where relevant, channel names, titles or other details needed to locate it.
3. Statements and signature
State that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law. Confirm the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the owner. Include a physical or electronic signature.
Reviewing your DMCA report
Reports are reviewed for sufficient information to identify the concern. Additional details may be requested if the work, material or your authority is unclear. Appropriate action may include removing or disabling access to material within our control, in accordance with applicable law.
Keep a copy of your notice and any supporting information. This channel is for copyright concerns; for subscription or installation questions, use Contact us.
Disputing a removal
If you believe material was removed by mistake, email the same address with the removal details and your explanation. Where the US DMCA counter-notice procedure applies, follow its statutory requirements. See the official guidance linked below.
Accurate reporting
Knowingly misrepresenting infringement or mistaken removal can create liability under applicable copyright law. Submit a notice only if you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
